THIS IS MY REPERTOIRE:
I am always learning new stories as well so if there is a story you would like me to learn to tell at your place, please do get in touch via my CONTACT page.
Performances:
1. A NIGHT WITH MESSY WOMEN:
TIME: 1 hour
THEME: This performance tells the stories of five women mentioned in the genealogy from Matthew 1 – Tamar, Rahab, Ruth, Bathsheba and Mary – taking a look at their stories and how they interweave together in the genealogy over the centuries. Their lives were messy but God used them and honoured them.
2. ROAD-TRIPPING WITH THE EXILES:
TIME: 1.50 hours
THEME: This performance tells the stories of five people who were sent into exile, sold into slavery or had to flee as refugees.
Three are stories from the Bible – Hagar and Ishmael, Joseph and his brothers and Mary, Joseph and Jesus fleeing to Egypt.
Two are stories from more recent times – Muhammed, a Syrian refugee and Mary McLean Walsh, an Irish emigrant to Canada.
Old and new stories are brought together to show what the world says about this and reminding us all what God says about this.
